The United States Congress invited Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to address it on March 3, 2015 on the international security threat of the Islamic, terror state of Iran developing nuclear weapons.
President Barack Obama responded by stating that he would not attend the speech and instructed Vice President Joe Biden and Secretary of State John Kerry not to attend.

Rumor: Prime Minister Netanyahu breached diplomatic protocol by not notifying the President that he would be addressing Congress.

Fact: No diplomatic protocol was breached.

Rumor: Netanyahu speaking at Congress is disrespectful to President Obama.

Fact: Netanyahu or any foreign leader has the right to speak to Congress without the consent of the President. Netanyahu respects the office of the President and welcomes meeting the President at any time.

Rumor: Netanyahu is coming to speak to Congress to get elected again in Israel.

Fact: Israelis living in Eilat, Dimona, Hadera, Kiryat Shomona – any city or town in Israel will not be swayed to any degree by one speech that Netanyahu gives in Washington or any where else.
They are far more concerned as to when their next paycheck arrives or fixing the potholes in their streets. If there is any blatant abuse with regards to influencing an election it would come directly from Barack Obama who has sent 40 members of his election campaign team to Israel (called V15) to defeat Netanyahu.

Rumor: Those protesting against Netanyahu outside of AIPAC represent Americans.

Fact: Those protesting against Netanyahu outside of AIPAC are paid by Iran, Qatar and Turkey. They support ISIS, Hamas, Islamic Jihad and Hezbollah. They were arrested on March 1, 2015 as they violently blocked the entrance to the AIPAC convention.
They do not believe in free speech, they do not believe in democracy.
Ask them where do they work? See what they say.

Rumor: Netanyahu is an ego maniac and will do anything to stay in power.

Fact: Netanyahu served in the Israeli commandos. He has constantly risked his life to bring peace and security to Israel.
The speech in Congress is not about Netanyahu vs. Obama.
Rather it is Freedom and Democracy vs. Nuclear Iran.
It’s about Israel’s survival and the survival of all Western nations which embrace and cherish democratic values.

Below please find a full list of the Democrats who have confirmed they’re boycotting Netanyahu’s speech at Congress on the development of Iranian nuclear weapons.
